Roof Replacement Project
Southgate Church is launching an urgent fundraising campaign for an emergency roof replacement over our Kitchen and Fellowship Hall.
The critical deterioration of this section directly threatens our newly renovated facility and our vital Thursday food program.
While the Northern California Conference has generously provided a $10,000 grant, our application for a facility loan modification was unfortunately denied. This means the remaining $26,818 must be raised directly through our church family and community donors to allow Sunriver Roofing to begin this critical work.
Emergency Project Breakdown
- The Critical Need: Severe roof deterioration requires immediate replacement to protect our facility from structural water damage and mold.
- The Contractor: Sunriver Roofing was selected after a competitive bidding process, offering an upgraded 50-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty.
- Total Project Cost: $36,818 (saving the church up to $9,182 over other bids).
Updated Financial Breakdown & Need
Because we cannot utilize a loan modification, we are relying completely on faith, stewardship, and collective giving to close the gap:
- Total Cost: $36,818
- Conference Grant Received: -$10,000
- Remaining Goal to Raise: $26,818

- Pray: Join us in praying for the provision needed to secure our building.
- Give: Every gift, no matter the size, brings us closer to a secure, leak-free roof.
- Share: Spread the word to friends, family, and neighbors who want to support our community food program.
