Carefully Review Registration Options

We are offering the following THREE registration options:
1) Lodge- Full Weekend ($275)
2) Cabin- Full Weekend ($175)
3) Sabbath Only ($95)                    
Please carefully review the details below for each option and then select your preference before submitting your registration form and payment.
ATTENDEE RESTRICTIONS
  • Anyone exposed to someone diagnosed with Covid-19 within 14 days of the retreat will not be allowed on the campgrounds. They must quarantine at home as recommended by their medical provider.
  • Face masks are recommended but not required.
  • Absolutely no “walk-ins” under any circumstances. 
  • Limited space will be available for guests who want to attend on “SABBATH ONLY”. PRE-REGISTRATION is required before MARCH 12, 2023 for the “early bird” rate.
  • Absolutely no children are allowed for any reason. Each attendee must be at least 18 years old and there are no exceptions.
  • Alcoholic beverages, smoking and/or vaping are not permitted on the premises.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Lodge Mandatory Double Occupancy (Maximum 2 Ladies Only)

Motel-type rooms complete with private baths, all linens, pillow, towels and individual heat/air conditioning.

Cabin  Maximum 6-8 Ladies Only

Equipped with 4 bunk beds with mattresses, table, chairs, shower, toilet, sink, kitchenette, and heat. Guests must bring their own linens (bedding, pillow, towels).

Sabbath only (No overnight lodgings)

OPTIONAL MASSAGE SERVICE

Private full-body massages will be offered on Friday afternoon and Saturday evening. The experienced masseuse team has over 15 years of experience. The professional 50-minute, full body massages are being offered at a reduced retreat rate of $60/per person. The full payment for this service is due at time of registration. Limited spaces are available, and reservations are secured once payment is processed. Please note that it is your responsibility to arrive 10 minutes before your massage appointment. All sales are final and no refunds will be allowed.  NOTE: Check “Deluxe MassageTreatment” on application.

REFUND POLICY:
Before MARCH 21, 2023, full refunds will be given, minus a $35 processing fee.
 
Effective MARCH 22, 2023, no refunds will be allowed.
If a registered guest is unable to attend, there is an option of selecting an alternate guest on or before Sunday, APRIL 2, 2022. Please email the replacement guest’s name and contact information to southgatewomen@gmail.com.
SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION:
A financial scholarship, contributing CABIN reservation for the weekend, may be available for first-time attendees. Please consider including a gift to the scholarship fund when completing your reservation.

Directions to Leoni Meadows

Directions to Somerset from Various Points
From Sacramento Area:
Take Hwy 50 to Missouri Flat Exit. Turn right off the freeway on Missouri Flat Road and continue to Pleasant Valley Road. Turn left and continue on Pleasant Valley Road 5.2 miles through Diamond Springs to Bucks Bar Road. Turn right on Bucks Bar Road, continue for 4.8 miles to Somerset. From South Lake Tahoe—Pollock Pines Area:
Take Hwy E16 off Hwy 50 (this is the Sly Park Recreation Area exit in Pollock Pines). Go south on Hwy E16 to Somerset. (See directions from Somerset to Leoni Meadows.)

From Auburn—Grass Valley Area:
Take Hwy 49 south to Diamond Springs, turn left onto Pleasant Valley Road, continue on Pleasant Valley Road 5 miles to Bucks Bar Road, turn right and continue on Bucks Bar Road 4.8 miles to Somerset. (See directions from Somerset to Leoni Meadows.)

From Jackson—Sutter Creek Area:
Take Hwy 49 north to Hwy E16, turn right and continue on Hwy E16 to Somerset. (See directions from Somerset to Leoni Meadows.)

From Stockton—Lodi Area:
Take Hwy 88 northeast to Hwy 124 exit, turn left on Hwy 124 and continue to Hwy E16, turn right and continue on E16 to Somerset. (See directions from Somerset to Leoni Meadows.)

Directions from Somerset to Leoni Meadows
Go east through Somerset on Grizzly Flats Road and stay on this road for 12.2 miles (road name changes to String Canyon Road at mile 8.6––stay to the left).

At the stop sign turn right onto Sciaroni Road. There is a Post Office across the street. NOTE: For motor homes and large vehicles, swing wide as this is a sharp right turn.

Go 0.3 miles to dead end. Turn left (green county road sign points to Leoni Meadows). Road narrows to one lane for 1/4 mile. At bottom of hill keep left. This is Leoni Road. Continue for 3 miles to the Leoni Meadows turnoff at large, wood Leoni Meadows sign. Turn right and go 1 mile, continuing past staff houses. The Leoni Lodge (with the office for registration) is the first large building on the left after the houses.
